Hey, look what I caught …

I’m editing a lot of Fast Food Heroes at the moment. Here are some of the common errors currently distorting the quality of my writing.

I’m far from perfect … Spell check and I are not friends:

“fourth” is not “forth”

“passed” is not “past”

“led” is not “lead”

“poultry” is not “paltry”

“device” is not “devise”

“adrenalin” is not “adrenaline”

“descent” is not “decent”

“who’s” is not “whose”

“staring” is not “starring”

The catch of the day is using “past” for “passed.” So if you want that for your fish fry, there’s plenty of it. Otherwise, the “descent” is also “decent” …
